CHIVE DRESSING 
1 1/3 c. plain non-fat yogurt
1/2 c. fresh chives, chopped
2 tsp. white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well. Cover and chill in refrigerator. This dressing can be kept in refrigerator in a jar up to two weeks.
