DIJON SALAD DRESSING 
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. vegetable oil (preferred olive)
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. tarragon
1/4 tsp. pepper
Dash of sugar

Combine ingredients in blender. Serve with favorite salad.

FRUIT DIP:

1/2 c. of plain yogurt
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. of honey or to taste
1/2 tsp. ginger

Mix well. Serve with strawberries, banana slices or grapes.
