3 hard cooked eggs
1 tbsp. horseradish
1-2 tsp. tarragon vinegar
Salt & pepper
Dash Tabasco
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Grate eggs and combine with other ingredients. Makes 1 cup. Excellent!
