Vanilla wafers - 2 boxes
Mint/chocolate cookies - 1 box (i.e. Keebler grasshoppers)
1 can vanilla icing
1 can coconut
Green, yellow, red food coloring
Sesame seeds
"Sugar water"

Divide icing in half. Tint one half a golden yellow to resemble mustard. Tint other half a deep red to resemble ketchup. Tint coconut a light green to resemble lettuce. To assemble: vanilla wafer, yellow icing, coconut, cookie, red icing, vanilla wafer. Brush tops with sugar water and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Makes 40 cookies.
