SWEDISH MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
2/3 c. oatmeal, uncooked
2 tbsp. onion
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
Salt to taste
3 beef bouillon cubes
4 c. water
1 1/2 cans cream of chicken soup

Mix first 7 ingredients. Shape into balls. Brown. Dissolve bouillon cubes in water and bring to boil. Add meatballs. Simmer 1/2 hour. Can be made in the morning or day before. Heat and stir in soup. Simmer for another 30 minutes.
