RONDELE CHEESE SPREAD 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Summer Savory Spice
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
Milk for consistency

Beat all ingredients together with electric mixer. Add milk a tablespoon at a time until of the proper consistency. For molding, keep spread a bit thicker. To use as a dip or spread, use more milk to make fluffier. Serve with crackers. Makes 3 cups. (This recipe freezes well).
