BOURSIN CHEESE SPREAD 
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. chopped chives
1 tsp. parsley
1 clove garlic
Dash salt & pepper

Combine all ingredients; beat well. Pack in a crock and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
