GRILLED LEMON COD 
1/3 c. melted butter
Dash Worcestershire sauce
Dash garlic powder
2 to 2 1/2 lbs. cod steaks or fillets
2 lemons, thinly sliced

Combine butter, Worcestershire, and garlic powder. Brush on both sides of fish. Grease a wire hinged broiler rack. Arrange half of the lemon slices on one side of rack. Place fish over the lemon slices, arrange, more slices over top of fish. Close rack cook 4 inches from coals 4 to 5 minutes. Turn over, cook until fish flakes with fork.

Amazing recipe- Kids loved it too! I prepared it on the gas grill exactly as directed. I used Cod LOINS - I think this is the best cod recipe I've made! (Timing was important, luckily my husband is a grill master!)

Simple and good. Added the onion powder and paprika to the spice mix. Served with cous-cous and Avocado as sides. Used a sandwich style grill basket, so the cod fillet stayed intact.
