BANANA - POPS 
4 lg. bananas (just ripe)
3 c. wheat germ
6 tbsp. peanut butter (plain or crunchy)
8 popcicle sticks

Cut bananas in half. Insert popcicle stick into cut end. Spread peanut butter over entire banana (helps to soften peanut butter in microwave slightly but not necessary); roll banana in wheat germ, then chill in refrigerator for about 15 minutes or all day - eat.

Variation: Miniature chocolate chips mixed in with wheat germ or raisins, etc.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
