DEVILISH CRAB EGGS | |
1 c. crabmeat 6 hard cooked eggs 3 tbsp. finely chopped celery 4 heaping tbsp. mayonnaise 1 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 tsp. salt 2 dashes pepper 1/4 tsp. parsley flakes 2-3 dashes oregano leaves 2-3 dashes garlic powder 4 drops Worcestershire sauce Remove cartilage from crabmeat. Cut eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks, put in bowl and mash well. Add celery, mayonnaise and seasonings. Add crabmeat and mix well. Stuff egg whites with yolk mixture. Chill before serving. (Makes 1 dozen devilish crab eggs.) |
