HAM 'N EGG DINNER | |
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli 6 hard cooked eggs 3 tbsp. salad dressing 1 tbsp. minced onion 1 tsp. prepared mustard 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can deviled ham 2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour 1 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 lb. sharp processed American cheese, diced Arrange broccoli in 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Cut eggs in half, lengthwise. Remove yolks and mash; mix with salad dressing, onion, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and half the ham. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place small amount of deviled ham in each egg white; fill with yolk mixture and top with remaining ham. Arrange on broccoli. Melt butter in saucepan and blend in flour. Gradually add milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. Add salt. Add cheese; stir until melted. Cover eggs with sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 6. |
