STUFFED EGGS 
6 hard cooked eggs, peeled
1 tbsp. chili sauce
1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish
Lettuce leaves
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. grated onion
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolk to small bowl. Cover. Set whites aside. Mash yolks. Stir in other ingredients. Mix well. Spoon equal amount into each white. Line platter with lettuce leaves. Arrange eggs on lettuce. Serves 6.
