STUFFED EGGS 
8 hard-boiled eggs
2 tbsp. minced celery
1 tsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. mayonnaise (more or less)
Paprika

Cool and peel eggs. Halve lengthwise and take out yolks. Mix yolks with all other ingredients, stirring well with a fork to form a smooth paste. Place a little filling in each egg. Sprinkle top with a little paprika. Refrigerate.
