PUMPKIN ROLL 
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. flour

Grease a cookie sheet with Crisco and line with wax paper. Mix all the ingredients together and beat, pour in lined cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. When cake is done remove from oven and turn onto a damp terry cloth towel, remove wax paper and then roll cake up in towel, let stand 10 to 15 minutes. Unroll and fill with filling Roll back up, place in tin foil and refrigerate.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. butter

Mix all ingredients until smooth.
