CREAM FILLED CUPCAKES | |
Duncan Hines butter recipe cake mix 1/2 c. Crisco 1/2 stick butter 3/4 c. sugar 1 sm. (5 oz.) can evaporated milk 1 tsp. vanilla Powdered sugar Following directions on the box make cupcakes as directed. Cool cupcakes. Filling: Beat at least 10 minutes Crisco, butter and sugar. Slowly beat in evaporated milk, and vanilla. Beat until smooth and fluffy. Cut out the centers of cupcakes in a circle with a paring knife. Fill and place center back on top of filling. Dust with powdered sugar. |
