CREAM PUFFS 
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs

Pour water in pan. Bring it to a boil. Add butter, flour, and salt. Stir vigorously. Cook until mixture leaves sides. Cool 1 minute. Add eggs and beat. Drop by tablespoon on cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Fill with vanilla pudding or with the recipe below.

MOCK WHIP CREAM:

1/2 c. soft butter
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
2/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Whip butter and shortening; add sugar slowly. Add flour and beat at high speed. At low speed, add milk. Gradually turn mixer to high speed and beat until fluffy (5 minutes).
