HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. chicken (cooked and diced)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
2 c. celery, dice
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. grated mild cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 inch thick waffle potato

Combine all ingredients except potato chips. Crush these and put 1/2-inch thick on top. Put into a 2-quart casserole. Cook at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
