MILD HOT SAUCE 
2-3 cans whole tomatoes
1 (4 oz.) can hot peppers, diced
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies (optional)

Place in blender and chop.

1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Oregano, as desired
Parsley, as desired

Chop tomatoes, hot peppers and green chilies in blender; mix remaining ingredients. Refrigerate. Serve with chips.

This recipe is delicious and easy to make. I have already made my second batch. I omitted the parsley and oregano in my second batch and tastes even better.
