ENCHILADA HOT DISH 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger, browned
1 can enchilada sauce (mild)
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1/2 sm. can chopped chilies
1/2 can (tomato sauce) water
Salt and pepper
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Simmer above ingredients except cheese and add 1 medium onion, chopped, raw. Turn off heat. Lightly greased bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Lay 6 flour tortillas 1/2 sauce, 1/2 of cheese, then tortillas, sauce, and cheese again. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Set 10-15 minutes before cutting.
