HOT TACO SALAD 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. green pepper
2-3 chopped garlic cloves
1 (2 1/2 lb.) can whole tomatoes
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 head of lettuce
2-3 med. tomatoes
Corn chips or Fritos
1 sm. can mild chile peppers (optional)

Fry ground beef, onion and peppers. Add garlic and canned tomatoes and chile peppers. Melt Velveeta over a double boiler and add to the above mixture; simmer. When ready to eat, pour a serving of the above over lettuce, tomatoes and chips. Yield 8-12 servings.
