MOCK CHICKEN FRIED STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. lean hamburger
1 egg, beaten
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt & pepper (or to taste)
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. dry onion soup mix
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. mustard

Mix above ingredients and add to hamburger. Divide into 8 portions. Shape into balls and flatten in fine cracker crumbs. Chill in refrigerator to firm up. Fry in small amount of oil. Turn once. Medium slow heat.
