CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jello vanilla pudding
2 eggs
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Mix flour and baking soda. Mix butter, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and vanilla pudding. Mix well. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture. Add chocolate chips and nuts (optional). Batter will be stiff.

Drop rounded teaspoons about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
