2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. softened butter
1/4 c. white sugar
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 box (3.4 oz.) size Jello brand instant vanilla pudding
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. nuts

Mix all ingredients. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
