CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. packed light brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. (4 oz. serving size) Jello brand vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling
2 eggs
1 pkg. (12 oz.) chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Mix flour with baking soda. Combine butter, the sugars, vanilla and pudding mix in large mixer bowl, beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture, then stir in chips and nuts. Batter will be stiff. Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. You can also use chocolate instant pudding for Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies.
