PEANUT BUTTER ICE CREAM | |
2 egg yolks 1 (14 oz.) can evaporated milk 1/2 cup peanut butter 2/3 cup sugar 1/8 teaspoon salt Beat eggs well. Blend in the milk, peanut butter, sugar and salt and pour into freezer tray. Freeze until almost hard then pour into a bowl and beat until smooth. Return to freezer tray or molds and freeze until firm. Serve with a hot fudge sauce and topped with peanuts. Makes 4-6 servings. |
