TASTY SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 can or jar of your favorite sauce
1/4 tsp. oregano
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3 tsp. olive oil
Onion, about 1/2 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 chopped green pepper
1/4 c. white wine (don't use cooking wine, too much sodium)
2 bay leaves
Water as needed

In saucepan saute olive oil, garlic, onions, and green peppers until warmed. Add sauce, white wine, oregano and bay leaves. Simmer about 45 minutes to 1 hour, adding water as needed to prevent from getting too thick. Cooked meat may also be added. Serve over spaghetti and with fresh bread sticks and salad.
