BERNARDO'S SPAGHETTI SAUCE
3 each (14 oz.) stewed tomatoes
2 each (12 oz.) tomato paste
1 each (8 oz.) tomato sauce
2 each (8 oz.) mushroom buttons
2 or 3 oz. white sugar
3 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. basil
1/2 tbsp. olive oil (virgin)
3-4 tbsp. black pepper
1 lb. very lean ground beef or ground turkey

In large pot empty minced garlic, stewed tomatoes, (mashed to puree), tomato sauce, and tomato paste. Place on low heat, then add oregano first, and basil second. After 5 minutes add black pepper, mushrooms, olive oil, and sherry or vermouth. After 15 minutes of cooking add sugar to sauce. Now this sauce is ready for precooked meat.

Cook meat in large pan with chopped onions and one chopped green bell pepper. Cook at medium heat until meat is almost done; sprinkle curry spice to taste. Then add slowly to cooking sauce.

After you have mixed meat to sauce, cook at low heat for about 45 minutes, slowly stirring every 5 to 10 minutes.

Enjoy!! The secret is in the choice and freshness of the ingredients. Don't forget to add a full spoon full of love to this sauce!
