RUM SHAKE 
1 c. drained crushed pineapple
1 c. chilled evaporated skim milk
2 oz. light rum
1 tbsp. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients in blender; add 2 ice cubes; blend until smooth. Pour into four ice filled glasses. Each serving = 1/2 FR, 1/2 M, 55 calories.
