CROCK POT CHILI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. chili-O-seasoning mix
2 c. water
1 c. (6 oz.) tomato paste or 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 can (15 oz.) kidney beans, if desired

Mix in crock pot. Cook on high 8 hours. Dinner is ready when you get home from your day activities.

Optional: Sprinkle with shredded American cheese on each individual serving bowl.

Sounds like a good recipe. Do you need to brown the beef before adding it to the crock pot? And where can I find the chili-O-seasoning? I live in Baltimore, Md.

Hi Sylvia,

I almost always brown the beef before adding to a slow cooker because the flavor is enhanced and I prefer the texture.

You can find Chili-O seasoning on amazon if not at your local grocery.
