CHILI BEANS IN CROCKPOT 
1 lb. ground beef, drained
1 can pinto or kidney beans (do not drain)
1 can stewed tomatoes (do not drain)
Bell pepper (optional)
Clove garlic (optional)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. vinegar (optional)

Stir all ingredients together in crockpot. Cook on high 1 hour, then cook on low about 4 hours. Or cook on low 5-6 hours or overnight. DON'T LEAVE ON HIGH OVERNIGHT.
