CRANBERRY FRUIT SALAD 
2 pkg. cherry Jello
2 c. hot water
1 c. ice water
2 c. cranberries
1 orange
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped celery and apple
Little salt
Nuts, if desired

Dissolve Jello in hot water, add ice water. Grind cranberries, celery, orange, apple; add sugar. When sugar is dissolved, add to Jello. Pour into molds, refrigerate. Serve on lettuce with dab of mayonnaise.
