SHERBET FRUIT SALAD 
1 pkg. orange gelatin
1 c. hot water
1 can mandarin oranges (drained)
1 can crushed pineapple
1/2 qt. orange or orange-pineapple sherbet

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Cool. Stir in sherbet until chilled partially set. Add orange and pineapple if desired. Chill until firm.
