FLORENTINE VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
10 oz. fresh spinach or 1 can drained well
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. onions, chopped
1 c. white rice, cooked
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a 2 quart greased casserole dish.

Bake at 325°F for 35 to 40 minutes.
