PEANUT BUTTER BALLS (Buck-Eyes) 
1 box (less 1 c.) powdered sugar
1 (12 oz.) jar peanut butter
1 stick butter, softened

ICING:

1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/3 block paraffin

Mix together powdered sugar, peanut butter and butter. Shape into small walnut sized balls. Let cool in refrigerator for a few hours.

Next, melt chocolate chips and paraffin in double boiler. Use a toothpick to dip the peanut butter balls in the icing.
