1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 1/2 oz. Parmesan cheese
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
romaine lettuce torn into bite-size pieces
croutons
1/4 c. Romano cheese, grated

Mix together the first 7 ingredients in blender until smooth to make dressing. Toss dressing with romaine lettuce, croutons and Romano cheese.
