Romaine Lettuce 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 teaspoon pepper 2 teaspoon anchory paste 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/2 cup plus 2 T Parmesan cheese 1 cup olive oil 1/2 cup red wine vinegar 4 egg yolks Mash garlic, salt, and pepper with fork. Add anchory paste, then mash again. Add mustard, Worcestershire sauce and 2 T Parmesan cheese. Mix well. Beat in oil, lemon juice, and vinegar until well blended. Beat in oil, lemon juice, and vinegar until well blended. Beat in egg yolks until thick and creamy. Add to lettuce sprinkle with remaining cheese. Enjoy! You could also add grilled chic-shrimp or even steak. |
