HERBED TOMATOES 
6 tomatoes or fill jar with cherry tomatoes, peeled
2/3 c. oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 c. parsley, chopped
1/4 c. green onions, sliced
1/2 tsp. marjoram leaves, crushed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine everything but tomatoes and shake or stir to blend. Pour over tomatoes and chill several hours or overnight. Keeps for months in refrigerator.
