CLAM CHOWDER 
5 lbs. potatoes
2 med. onions
2 stalks celery (optional)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. garlic sprinkles
2 cans evaporated milk
Salt and pepper
2 cans minced clams

Peel onions and potatoes and celery; cut into cubes and barely cover with water. Cook until done. Salt and pepper to taste. Add garlic and cream of mushroom soup. Heat thoroughly. Turn off heat, add milk and clams (juice too); let set a few minutes. Serve.
