BISCUIT SAUSAGE QUICHE | |
1 lb. bulk sausage 1/4 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper 10 eggs, beaten 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 1 can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (I use Pillsbury Grands) Heat oven to 375°F. In large skillet, brown sausage, onion and green pepper; drain well. Combine eggs, cheese and sausage mixture. Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Press biscuits into bottom of 9x13-inch baking dish. Pour sausage mixture into pan. Bake at 375°F for 30 to 35 minutes. Submitted by: Teresa Wilson |
