PUMPERNICKEL RYE 
3 pkgs. yeast
5 c. warm water
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. honey
8 tsp. salt
4 c. rye flour
10-14? c. white flour, to make stiff dough

Mix. Knead. Let rise 2 hours. Place in pans. Let rise. Bake 350 degrees.
