CHOCOLATE-TOPPED BANANA SPLIT
DESSERT
 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter
1 (6 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
4 bananas, sliced
16 oz. whipped topping
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (4 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, drained
1/2 c. chocolate syrup

Spread graham cracker crumbs in 9x13 baking dish. Pour melted butter over crumbs. Prepare pudding mix using package directions. Layer pudding, pineapple, banana slices and whipped topping in prepared dish. Sprinkle with pecans. Arrange cherries on top. Drizzle with chocolate syrup. Chill until serving time. Yield: 10 servings.
