ZUCCHINI SPINACH LASAGNA

9 lasagna noodles (cooked)
1 c. chopped onion
2 med. peeled zucchini (sliced thin or shredded)
16 oz. stewed tomatoes, drained
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 c. cooked spinach
2 c. tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. basil leaves

Steam onion and pepper until tender. Add rest of ingredients and simmer 20 minutes. Alternate layers, begin with sauce, then spinach, noodles and cheeze. Bake in 11 inch casserole at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Servings: 8 to 10.
