JILL'S CHEESECAKE 
To make graham cracker crust, you will need:

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 to 1/4 c. fructose
1/4 c. butter, melted

For cheese cake, you will need:

2 (8 oz.) pkgs. soft cream cheese
1 c. applesauce
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. light sour cream
2 eggs
3/4 c. Sugar Twin
Brown sugar replacement
1 (9 inch) Springform pan

Combine crumbs, fructose and butter; press into bottom and part way up the sides of the pan. Beat cream cheese. Add eggs, applesauce, 1/2 cup Sugar Twin, brown sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat until blended. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until set. Increase temperature to 475 degrees. Combine sour cream, 1/4 cup Sugar Twin and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla; spread over cheese cake. Bake 10 minutes. Chill completely. Serves 12 to 16.
