1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 4 c. flour 1 can pie filling (any flavor) 1 lb. butter 6 tbsp. milk Cream butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add flour and milk. Mix like pie crust. Shape into a ball and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours. Pinch off a piece, size of a walnut and roll as for pie crust. Put 1 tablespoon pie filling in center, fold over half way and seal the edges. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet. Can be made and frozen, bake as you want to use them. Frost with powdered sugar frosting, if desired. Makes about 50. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. |
