STUFFED CABBAGE 
Cabbage, steamed
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. rice
2 eggs
1 can tomatoes
1/2 c. diced onions
1/8 c. sugar
1 can tomato juice

Mix all ingredients except cabbage and tomato juice in a large bowl. Wrap the meat mixture in the cabbage leaves as you would wrap a soft-shell taco. Pour tomato juice into a large pot. Add the wrapped stuffed cabbage to the pot and simmer for 1 hour on a gentle boil.
