STUFFED CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 head cabbage
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. instant rice (uncooked)
1 qt. tomatoes
1 can condensed soup with 1 can water

Cut cabbage into bite size pieces. Put half in bottom of pan. Crumble hamburger over the cabbage. Add onion, rice and tomatoes. Cover with remaining cabbage. Pour soup and water over top. Salt and pepper to taste.

Bake covered for 1 1/2 hours at 400°F.
