DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese
6 oz. mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
Dash of hot sauce
4 oz. chopped green chiles, drained
1 med. tomato, chopped (fresh tomato)
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion

Mix first 5 ingredients; then add the rest and chill. Serve with Frito dip size chips.
