BEER BATTER FISH | |
6 whole small fish 4 tbsp. butter 1 c. Bisquick 1/2 tsp. salt 1 egg 1/2 c. beer (any brand) Melt butter in a heavy skillet or electric frypan. Combine biscuit mix, salt, egg and beer; mix until smooth. Dip fish into batter, letting excess drip into bowl. Fry at moderate heat until golden brown on both sides. |
