PERSIMMON PUDDING 
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. persimmon pulp
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
3 c. milk
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix flour and sugar together. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Bake in greased 13 x 9 pan. Stir every 15 minutes.

Bake 1 hour at 375°F.
