QUICHE LORRAINE 
Pastry shell
12 slices bacon (crisp), crumbled
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. minced onion
4 eggs
2 c. light cream
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Prepare pastry for 9" pie. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in pastry lined pan. With beaters blend remaining ingredients. Pour into pie pan. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees. Bake pie 30 minutes longer or until done. Let stand 10 minutes. Serves 6.
